Whether you were diagnosed with ADHD in childhood, received a late diagnosis in adulthood, or remain undiagnosed but relate to the symptoms, our approach is to help you to harness the unique strengths and advantages that come with an ADHD brain.

This self-paced module supports adults with ADHD to better understand and manage intense emotions using CBT-informed strategies. You will learn how ADHD affects emotional regulation, why emotions can feel sudden or overwhelming, and how to recognise early signs of emotional overload. Through short lessons and a structured workbook, you will practise tools to calm your nervous system, reduce emotional reactivity, manage anger, frustration and overwhelm, and respond with more control instead of regret. This course helps you build emotional awareness, increase self-control, and develop healthier emotional responses in everyday life.

Adult ADHD
Executive Function

This self-paced module teaches foundational CBT strategies to help adults with ADHD manage executive function challenges. You will learn how ADHD affects inhibition, impulse control, decision-making, working memory, task initiation, planning, prioritising, organisation and self-monitoring. Using practical exercises and step-by-step tools, you will learn how to start tasks more easily, follow through more consistently, organise your environment, improve focus, and reduce procrastination. This module helps you build simple systems that work with your ADHD brain rather than against it.

Adult ADHD
Goal Setting

This self-paced module supports adults with ADHD to set goals they can realistically achieve. You will learn how ADHD affects goal setting, motivation, focus and follow-through. Using the SMART goal-setting method, you will learn how to break goals into manageable steps, plan and prioritise tasks, manage time, overcome obstacles, and track your progress. Through structured workbook activities, templates and tools, you will build a clear system for turning ideas into action and staying consistent over time.

We know attention can fluctuate, so all video lessons offer playback speed options. You can adjust to x1, x1.5, or x2 speed to match your learning style, whether you prefer to slow down for better comprehension or speed up to maintain engagement.

Our video presentations include content in powerpoint format, with our Psychologist Elaine Collins voiceover talking you through the content. Rather than just watching videos, you’ll actively engage with the content through note-taking, workbook activities, and short exercises. Elaine prompts you through how to complete the activities or exercises, giving examples where appropriate, designed to help you absorb and retain information more effectively.

6. Captions & Word Highlighting to Improve Focus

All our videos include captions with word highlighting, helping you stay engaged, follow along more easily, and reinforce key points visually. This feature is especially useful if you struggle with auditory processing or maintaining focus during longer explanations.

7. Evidence-Based Methods. But You Choose What Works for You!

Every chapter presents evidence-based methods tailored to that topic, ensuring you receive scientifically supported strategies. However, not every chapter may resonate with you, and that’s completely okay! If a particular section doesn’t feel relevant, you can simply skip to the next chapter. This is your program and you get to choose what works best for you.

8. Flexible Learning That Adapts to You

Traditional courses or live sessions can be rigid, but we understand that ADHD brains need flexibility. This course allows you to learn at your own pace, revisit content as needed (you have access to the content for a 12-month period), and tailor strategies to suit your individual learning style, all while celebrating your progress along the way.
